“Cheap” Unlocked iPhones in Hong Kong!
Looking for the cheapest unlocked iPhone? Hong Kong may be your best bet, according to this nifty chart provided by iFun, a German Apple blog. Hong Kong currently ranks as the cheapest territory to purchase an unlocked iPhone at about $655 for the 16GB and $773 for the 32GB. While that seems like a steep price to pay, keep in mind that American iPhones are subsidized by AT&T with the condition that you’re stuck with AT&T for two years. If you’re a frequent flyer, however, this may be worth looking into, allowing you to swap SIM cards from place to place. Just make sure you don’t buy the phone in Italy (at over $1000!)
